cnns-glen-black-calls-game-bloggers-losers

Apparently, on CNN there is a man named Glen Black… who not only is full of himself, but also has a personal vendetta against GTA. Why you ask? I don’t know, he must have had a rough childhood, mommy didn’t hug him, or he just doesn’t have anything better to do with his time. This man has gone out of his way to call all gaming bloggers, losers… yes folks, he said losers.

If you’re like me and love the X-men, you’ve probably secretly dreamed of enrolling at Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters (aka the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning). Dreamed of training in the Danger Room and learning physics from Beast … Well, so we’re not mutants. The game had depth, great characters (and great character development), a story that had me completely captivated and some of the best graphis I have seen yet. (Need an example? Beginning of Chapter 2 when you are climbing the side of the rock mountain to get over to the abandoned ship, once you get to the top, look out at the horizon…breathtaking!)

Where have all the Jokers gone, to be more exact. If you wanted a Heath Ledger action figure (the one that actually sort of looks like him) before the movie comes out in July … good luck finding one. Especially for its normal $9.99 price (damn).

Gackt Band

I had the chance to visit Okinawa, Japan several years ago, and one of the things I’ll always remember is what one of the locals said to me, “musicians are outcasts, they are not respected, especially female musicians.” Like many of you, I am absolutely in love with the Japanese culture. Japan is a contradiction of old traditions and customs mixed with some of the craziest street fashion and music that I have ever seen/heard. That being said, I would like to introduce GACKT… one of Japans hottest Rockstars!
