So long family gaming and cute characters, the Wii has reached a new level - Drinking Games. I think this video speaks for itself…
The best part about the video is the demonstrators aren’t even wearing the safety straps. Obviously your Wiimoting skills may get a be skewed if intoxicated. Although, I guess I shouldn’t jump to conclusions; playing WiiWare Beer Pong doesn’t necessarily mean the players are drinking, right? Since real beer pong costs a whopping $5 or so for some cups and ping pong balls, maybe these player already spent their beer money buying the game on WiiWare, or perhaps they just prefer the sweet taste of virtual beer.

Wow, the people in that video don’t look too excited.
um…is this a joke? What fun is beer pong without beer?
That’s what I was gonna say, Virtualgirl.
If you look behind them you see plastic cups. suggesting they are full of beer. Obviously the ad isn’t gonna show beer, but Nintendo knows that college kids will bring that element in themselves. The ad should say Beer Pong from Nintendo. Beer not included hehe.
LOL. Great, more ways for people to fling my Wii-mote at my television. *sigh*
