G4’s Attack of the Show posse is movin’ on up. You’ll see host Olivia Munn in Insanitarium when it hits DVD on July 15th.
At the end of this month Attack of the Show multi-hyphenate Blair Butler begins shooting the pilot episode of America’s Next Top Zombie Idol for VH1.
The logline for this comedy is simple: Eight zombies live together and compete for the winning spot in a reality TV competition. Butler is writing and directing; the show is slated for VH1’s ‘08-’09 season, with lensing on the pilot to begin later this month. VH1 recently made headlines for green lighting Scream Queens, a reality horror program set up with Lionsgate. The horror show for the network will supposedly be one that pokes fun at reality shows. It is unknown whether or not this show is based off of the concept first seen on Robot Chicken.

That is the most random idea for a show ever.
And I like it.

I <3 Blair Butler. (And Olivia Munn, too, but Olivia would kick my butt and call me a girlie man… Blair seems more my speed, though I’m not a comics guy so she’d hate me. =P)
