It seems everyone is talking about this leaked Kingdom Hearts 3 segment known as “Birth by Sleep”. I am not sure what is quite going on, but I recognize Roxas and that is about it. Hopefully this game will come out sometime this millennium and then I will be forced to purchase a PS3. The segment is in Japanese with English subtitles, check it out.
Of course it’s common to see celebrities promoting and advertising a product, but it’s rare that you see them promote video games… and even more rare that it’s females! I was pleasantly surprised to see one of my favorite celebs, Liv Tyler, testing her brain age on Brain Age 2 while I was watching TV. American Idol winner country sweetheart Carrie Underwood does another ad lounging on her tour bus and playing with her Nintendog. And Ugly Betty star America Ferrara joins in on the fun as well.

In 2006 Clover studio released one of the greatest achievements on the PS2 console that the world had ever seen. The game known only as Okami was IGN’s 2006 Game of the Year. Okami took home several more awards that year, making it the eighth highest overall game of 2006 and second for the PS2, behind Konami’s Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence. Okami was a masterpiece if there ever was and it’s colorful sumi-e art style made for an excellent game. It is now the year 2008 and the game is still a masterpiece yet it is no longer under the name of Clover, but Capcom and Capcom has a whole lot of dirty laundry.

The impossible is possible and the unthinkable has been done! The Nintendo DS and the Xbox 360 can be and have been connected and linked up!

If you loved the Lego Star Wars series, then I know you’re just itchin’ for the new Lego Indiana Jones game! (more…)

With the success of Beyond Good & Evil, fans of the game have been begging for more. The original was released in 2003 and received wide critical acclaim but little commercial success.

There is so much of Viva Pinata news in the air these past few days and I couldn’t be happier. I watched a silly children’s cartoon b/c I loved this game and now it looks like a sequel AND hand held version are on there way! (more…)
